1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix together until it's all uniform. Add the remaining ingredients, and stir. Mix until there are no large clumps of flour left. Some small clumps, like 5mm across, are perfectly fine.

Take a frying pan, and set it to medium-low heat. Add oil, and fry them.

There, my personal favourite pancake recipe. Serve with either maple syrup, or jam.
