Doubt it's got a power limit. It's pretty close to the 2400g which means it's performance is limited by the abysmal ddr4 memory bandwidth. On the other hand intel can sometimes get the OEMs to design good laptops so it won't be as bad as the ryzen 2000 mobile situation.

off-screen rendering is a piece of cake when you have dedicated fast memory that you can use for you can use for you renderbuffer.
