Computers can generate faces with various expressions and randomized features. (Varying from 'kill it with fire' to 11/10 goddess)
Computers can generate audio (voices) speaking various languages on the fly, right now.
Computers can superimpose faces (or other features) over bodies and the like.
How long until someone puts it all together and uses it for video generation? You could even go a few steps further and scrape trending/clickbait (((news))) and get the rough idea of what'd be most popular with your targeted demographic and generate content automagically for release. Music, movies, shows, whatever.

It's just a matter of brute force computing and autism at this point.
