Anyone that's done tech support over a phone would kill for this. I manage a network of about 70 PCs and laptops in this building and anytime I get a call I just go walk my ass 5 minutes away to deal with it because trying to communicate with tech-illeterate people over the phone to fix an issue is hair-pulling.
