You are not. If you had a hangover enough to be called extreme, you wouldn't use your computer. It can be really painful.
An extreme hangover is when you cannot even sit down without feeling like garbage,not that you are feeling great laying down, it's just tolerable, for the first hour or two and afterwards need a friend to help you with basic activities like walking etc. for most of the day only to fall asleep in the evening and wake up the next day still with a hangover, just a regular one this time.
You would stray away from any source of blue light as far as you can. You know nothing about hangovers.
