I did running every week once, going through the forest and/or visiting old places like my abandoned school. I stopped because I felt like I'm becoming even skinnier, I'm on american lifestyle currently; lots of sugary things and not giving shits about what I eat as long as it's yummy.

Yes, cut caffeine in general. One of my fat as fuck friends used to drink soda every day till he quit it forever, he lost like 35 pounds in the first two weeks.

What does your diet consist of? Because you might need more protein or veggies/greens in your diet. I used to be a skinny boi but started eating a salad or broccoli every day and since then I've developed a more muscle for my pecs and glutes since I walk a lot (I have a doggo now too). Also you might be lacking sleep if you post here to often and have insomnia, I know I do which holds me back, sleep helps your body heal and grow so try getting more of that.

usually ranges from 1000 kcal to 1500 kcal in a day I think. I like to have consistency so I usually eat around 300 to 400 kcal per meal, but its harder to estimate when at home since I do not cook the meals at dinner time
