But reading should be mostly for reference, because the stuff won't stay in your head. You need to actually do the stuff to learn anything.
Doing some projects with microcontrollers and sensors might be way. Having to actually test if the sensor is broken using oscilloscope taught me a lot but then again I was using university equipment.
FPGA's might also teach you something about electronics but it's unlikely if you don't already have knowledge.

Well, you can comnect kbd+mouse to Android smartphone but you'll still be limited to Android apps where right click is always the same as back button.
Also if you aren't from burgerland it's impossible to change keyboard layout to anything else than US one.
Closest to desktop under Android is Samsung Dex but it requires dedicated hub and is rather limited

The panel on the cleaning robot (only the first one, lol) is actually quite a smart design now that I'm thinking about it. There is no need for clumsy cable carriers or sliding contacts that are prone to faults from corrosion. This lil' cleaning nigga could have kilometers of panels to clean.
