Vodafone are laying down for fibre for my street. Next month they're prices seem quite reasonable but I've Heard horrible things about their customer service
also I've had a bad experience with them about 7 years ago while trying to cancel a phone contract they were very awkward and wouldn't even let me stop payment without writing them a fucking letter but I managed to get through to a person who would just let me cancel on the phone.
