Not him, but seriously if you want something that isn't going to run like total shit and actually get updates, pick up a 2-3 year old ipad. That way you're not giving any money to apple.

The cheapest that also works is a Samsung T580 but for 135% of that money you can get an iPad air 2018 version with the A10 chip that will blow it out of the water both in speed and battery life.
There aren't cheap and good Android tablets.

I got a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 some years ago and was pretty dissapointed for the amount of money I paid for it. The drawing pen is nice but the OS is laggy as fuck.
Just get an Ipad.
