People took pictures of my slides which recommended alternatives. Generally my presentation was well liked and people said that it's very scary that it's happening. Of course there was one or two naysayers, one s0yb0y said that I'm a delusional conspiracy theorist.

It's only my theory, but there's not much that's stopping them from doing that. I have strong doubts that data collection is only for personalized advertising. With the amount of money these tech companies are making, it doesn't add up.
