Goodbye user, let us know how federal prison is.
You done did it now OP.
If you have Comcast as your ISP, it's their internal firewall.
Only thing I've found is some threads where it's insinuated that it's probably a firewall that comes with a Comcast router and not to worry about it.
I'm in Canada, no Comcast. The other guy wasn't convinced either.
The party van should be pulling up shortly.
Don't use the ISP's equipment, get your own cable modem / router.
Scan it with Wireshark, could take a look with nmap as well
So what are the chances of it actually being a "firewall"? Does anyone else have anything like this? From 0-10, should I switch my providers?
This. nmap it and post the results.
Also, would calling my ISP to ask what this is, be a good idea?
I've been trying to avoid posting screen because I'm on a phone, but we're all mature here.
A .254 IP is usually the router itself
The name matches the MAC address too, vendor search turns this up

OK thanks, I can go to bed now.
Did you really not fucking Google this shit?
First fucking result, OP
Thanks so much!
Cumcast is a shitty ISP. Even though this is literally no reason to switch providers, I don't support anyone using Comcast, so yeah - switch providers ASAP, OP.
Im not with Comcast. I'm in Canada on Cogeco.
Here's more info for you, OP. No matter your provider, it just seems to be a firewall.
Really appreciate it.
Just wait until law and order breaks down. I'll show those pitbull fags what a ferocious beast really looks like.
