What Arch-based distro should my sister use?

What Arch-based distro should my sister use?
It has to be nicely themed. No KDE or GNOME btw.
Should she go to Ubuntu 18.10? It looks nice and usable. (even though id go for Devuan if debian route)

Manjaro, it has lots of DEs so she could pick one

Gentoo

I think manjaro is the only one which is easy to use for a beginner.
The others are just arch already themed with an installer.

What a garbage thread

Manjaro. Make her pick the DE herself. Or just give her Cinnamon or Budgie. Mint is nice, too, depending on how much she likes green.

Antergos. Has a great installer that let's you choose your DE. Also I wouldn't recommend installing Ubuntu since it'll be a pain anytime she has a question. (You'll be like just install x package... oh wait... uh it's probly called something different)

Xubuntu, then skin it to look like Mac OS
