Hey gentoo people, please help me with this.

Gentoo people can't hold soldering iron in hand, they only can hold their dicks and dragon dildos.
You better consult diy.

You can buy a new phone
I doubt a retard who detroys pins can solder

No i don't want to solder, i want to charge the battery.

Install gentoo

bump, please any help? I feel like there is a way to do this

The battery, and USB port go through the same pins?

You need to find some datasheets (good luck) for that battery connector and apply voltage to the right spot.

Buy a chink battery of AliExpress and use it for the 20 minutes it gonna takes to upload the files via ftp to a computer.

You might want to just buy another usb adapter.

NO that's why i think if i find an external battery charger, or a way to charge the battery i can still retrieve my files

read the sticky, saged

This is what i thought i would do if i don't find any different solutions. Is there any way i can make sure to have a fully charged battery when i receive it?

buy a universal battery charger from the chinks and never come back to this board again

Seems plausible. So go charge you're battery.

I have this one, but i thought i could not use it with an internal battery.

Transfer files from your phone to computer through wifi?

Kill yourself

>Is there any way i can make sure to have a fully charged battery when i receive it?
No. It's common practice to ship batteries at less than half charge, so they are less prone to blowing up during transit.
Maybe buy a few batteries, and hope that you can wifi all of your files before the batteries die.

>I can't charge this
Just use wireless charging

Hush. Imaging how funny it would be if op bought a shitload of quarter charged batteries.

Oneplus 5 doesn't have wireless charging
Fuck me, that's what i m gonna do

>No. It's common practice to ship batteries at less than half charge
How do they ship batteries with half charge though? I mean, is there a way they charge them without plugging them in the phone? Like a universal charger?

No wireless charging, you say...
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

>Asks for tech support on Jow Forums
It's time for you to kill yourself

>Fuck me, that's what i m gonna do
Let dumbass
> mean, is there a way they charge them without plugging them in the phone?
Yes. Because they manufacture them.

WHY THE FUCK NOT? IT SAYS UNIVERSAL, ARE INTERNAL BATTERIES NOT PART OF YOUR UNIVERSE?
WHY IS THIS THREAD STILL GETTING BUMPED

>no wireless charging
>he doesn't know about charging your phone with EM waves from microwave
lmao
Have fun buying batteries, which later you'll have to properly dispose

I swear i can't fucking see a + and a - on the battery. I have no idea where to stuck the pins. If i found em i would have a way to use the phone.

>he doesn't know about charging your phone with EM waves from microwave
It's not an iPhone. OP will just have to buy like 10 batteries.

Are you seriously telling me there's a battery mafia? Shit universal chargers don't work i swar

>it's not an iPhone
low power micro waves works on any lithium battery
That's how I've been charging my xiaomi past month
Because my charging cable broke
