Why aren't you using MX Linux?

Why aren't you using MX Linux?

because fedora exists, user.

I tried it, it's buggy shit

And why should I? I'm not seeing any advantages over Gentoo or GuixSD.

Because I use debian?

are you silas?

I already am user. No systemd, very stable and just works. I've replaced Xfce with LXQt w/ i3wm and it is running great.

Alright, I've used Debian for a long time(stable) what are the benefits of MX as I don't care about things already being done(de configurations and whatnot). Is there performance improvements, backported packages working by default? If anyone could reply would appreciate because I've been thinking of trying it for a while(on real hardware)

I don't know anything about it. Why should I use it? What's it based on? Does it use systemd? What package manager? What release schedule, etc

I fucking hate MX shills but at least you're suggesting something that doesn't have systemd.
this. I'm getting so sick of the debian based garbage. NONE of them offer anything. they need to be fucking purged

I think debians death is beginning, but open source projects take a reallllllly long time to fizzle out.

>running in a vm

If you're going to shill your trash distro, at least run it on hardware, you little shit.

>X-Men linux
im not playing as cyclops

I rather use Windows.

no systemd, unironically

fedora>any other os
