loads of anime, re-encoded to cellphoneanime's 30MB/file size limit (so, a 50 ep season is only like 1.5GB tops, generally lower, probably would come out to 30GB overall)
whatever music I've got, probably doesn't break like 10GB, downsample it like hell if it does
my general pictures folder (12GB), my porn folder (like, 40GB)
most of the rest of my documents should fit in under 5GB
OS and applications (eg, media player, compiler, editors, DE) come out to like 10GB or so if I'm running some Linux -- could probably make it smaller, but it doesn't matter that much

so, 107 or so GB
could throw in the zipped SNES romset (like, 3GB?) and Genesis one (like, 1.5GB?) to fill out the rest of space, although if I'm honest, there's basically no need and I'll have less than 100MB worth of shit I'll actually play for either

honestly, the only things that give me storage trouble right now are VMs and anime, I could reasonably live off of an 128GB disk otherwise
media quality doesn't really matter to me, I used to download 320x240 movies back when I first got DSL (combination of relatively slow 300kB/s d/l speed and very small disk (10GB, had anywhere from 2GB to 300MB free depending on the day, kinda sucked))
