I try.

This looks really nice user
It all kinda blends together, usually those nzxt water coolers stand out too much, and cases with large open sections of grating aren't too common anymore
But together it works well

Am I the only person with more than just a graphics card in my expansion slots?

Mini-ITX would be nice if I could live with just motherboard I/O

almost broke down and bought a 2080 for $700 the other day, but it had a black GPU shroud and I didn't want to lose my whiteboi yet.

>fans on the expansion slots
found the turbo-autist

it drops load temps 5C

>AIO
Into the trash.

Let me interject for a minute here. Why put the fans infront instead of the back?

there's fans in every other location possible. I can't put another expansion card there anyways because the VII would melt it

Imagine being so retarded that you didn't only buy an AIO, but a 120/140mm one.

Imagine computers

How do you like it?

Am I one of the cool kids now?

Hahah I always laugh when fat autists gloat about their autistic cable mangement. I've had this build for around 6 years running strong and spent about 5 seconds on management.

Attached: 20190311_191044.jpg (4032x3024, 3.7M)

A lot. I'll probably never buy an AIB card ever again and keep reusing that cooler until the end of times.

Attached: gts.jpg (1200x1110, 495K)

Cable management is for fags, look at all that effort you put into your build just to run a shitty 1060 off it.

>It all kinda blends together, usually those nzxt water coolers stand out too much
You have no idea what you're talking about.
My NZXT bracket doesn't stand out at all.

based

10/10 housefire cooling solution

>Imagine being so retarded that you didn't only buy an AIO, but a 120/140mm one.
bigger rads really don't make a lot of sense with AIO's especially on some cards like Pascal. I have 140mm but It's not going to make a world of difference when you're only cooling the GPU and the VRM/RAM. My fan never goes above 30% on my curve and my temps have never even hit close to 60.

well the 9700k IS a housefire.

Heard you were talking shit

It's a evga z270 stinger, it's got OK i/o for mini itx
Bluetooth/Wifi and one of those fast charging USB ports and all that, I don't use too many USB ports so I'm good with what's on it

I've got a couple of older systems with all 7 slots taken up, USB cards, dedicated wifi and all that

I'd have to remove several things balancing on top of my half open case, computers are gay and showing them off is gayer. It's the kinda thing that sissys do. It showed the bracket, which was the point. You want to jerk it to some PC builds then I'm sure there's a reddit page or two out there for you.

A computer is like a kid, it should be not seen and not heard.

This guy gets it.

based ignorant black token dude config

>computers are gay
>builds a computer
what a special little faggot you are

>missing thumbscrew on cooler
gets me every time

It now has an HD-DVD/BD combo drive, but it's pretty much the same otherwise.
Planning on adding a 10GbE card soon.

>1000 watt psu on mini itx
For what fucking purpose?

Probably to have it run fanless.

what exactly am I supposed to do with the ridiculous number of wires coming from my PSU? I just zip tie them and stuff them away

buy a modular PSU

You use a PSU that you remove the wires you don't need, you fucking degenerate

How do I invent my own computer?

Barry isn't President anymore so you wouldn't get invited for inventing one like before though

is dat sum optiplex?

with what, wire nuts?

Tfw you run arch most of the time with this hardware

Now do this shit ona Mini ITX case

kekd

Attached: gutsmaster2-big1.jpg (6912x3072, 3.61M)

how much did you have to mod the g5 case to get the atx board to fit?

Not that much internally. I removed the original motherboard screw posts and then glued them again using two part epoxy so they matched the micro ATX holes.
The hardest parts were modifying the original heatsink and adding standard ATX connectors to the original PSU.

It's ITX, bite me.

I too like white cases

lol damn nigga, what case, and what's running out that fan grill?

Custom case.

It's the vive wireless adapter antenna.

a cute

How are those GPU fans mounted? Does it work significantly better than the stock fans?

some people like things to look neat and tidy
It also makes it nice and easy to access cards, drives etc if no cables are all in the way

you don't seem to care at all, you even use an intel stock cooler.
how is it having your cpu run at 50 degrees idle?

See these 2 protruding pieces of metal sticking out the sides? The fan is literally the perfect size do just jam in there and they won't move unless I force them out physically. This is with the Evga 1080 ti SC, I doubt those brackets are on other 1080ti models.

The temps are actually a little bit worse since these fans only spin up to 2200 rpm compared to the stock gpu fans, but they are much quieter at the low and high end.

Noctua makes some 2500 rpm versions of the same fan, but Noctua only bundles them with their cpu coolers. I've been able to get a hold of one by buying it second hand off another person, but I still need to locate a 2nd one, and maybe a 3rd for the PSU fan.

The gpu still operates at safe temps with these fans(70s), but the gain in silence has been much more valuable.

Attached: 1080ti sc.png (1482x1159, 3.57M)

Which fan model?

She seems upset that she has to let someone else talk for a moment.

Wait is it this one?

Attached: file.png (849x881, 738K)

Yes, that's the 2500rpm model as well. The L9x65, L9i, and L9a all have the 2500rpm fan.

The retail A9x14 only spins up to 2200rpm.

So I have a spare then cause I'm not using the cooler.

good enough
