Weird device outside of airplane

On the outside of one of the older airforce 1 airplanes (Eisenhower era) there are two of these hook shaped pieces, one on either side. my argument was that these are antennas, shaped differently to be more aerodynamic. A friend of mine saw them as hooks for "something". Do any of you know what these are???

Amazing.

Bore evacuator
is a device which removes lingering gases and airborne residues from the plane

Yes this makes sense!

WITH NO SURVIVORS

Bane?

You'd need a really big plane to carry out this master plan.

it's like you people have never heard of skyhooks
