You know, I've never liked the default Win10 pape, but you kinda made it work.
The funny thing is about these Linux weebs is that everyone in Japan, including the creators of their fav animes, the audiences of their fav animes, hell even the characters in the anime worlds themselves, all use Windows. None of them would even think of wasting their time with Linux.

I've been using Fedora for a while and prefer it over Ubuntu for sure. Neon I havn't tried. As for Gnome vs KDE I like both but right now prefer KDE.

As someone who has actually used Windows 95 and 98, this looks off in too many ways.

- Fonts: Windows 98 did not support anti-aliased fonts.
Maybe there were 3rd party add-ons but I'm not aware of any.
- In later Windows versions that did support AA, Microsoft uses stronger hinting (font distortion)
- The window title font seems to be taken from Windows 2000 and later. Windows 95 and 98 used a different font.
- Desktop icons are not aligned correctly. The upper-leftmost icon should have almost no top margin. The left margin must be smaller.
- Gaps in task manager too large
- Your start button is in Japanese but your clock is in burger mode.

I need something for my laptop so I went with Ubuntu to check out GNOME, but I find it slow and a bit strange. I want to like it since I want to use something else, because I'm a fan of KDE and running it right now on the desktop. Which is why I was considering Fedora KDE for the laptop, as no other DE really catches my eye.

yeah ill work on it, reason i haven't changed the font yet is the chicago 95 ithub says to grab the old windows font from a windows install but when looking for it im pretty sure that it's not there so i''l have another look. Also with the time i was meaning to set it to 24 hour because i dont like 12 hour jsut forgot about it lel. I'll look at some screenshots and try getting it to look a bit more like it should

I just can't find a good enough version of this, Google throws up so many different versions, many are quite faded. None of them look as good as this one. This one's colors are vibrant, it's high res rather than blurry, and a good enough size.
