I have no idea how you would address something like this but there are a lot of retards and underage people on imageboards and it's not safe that they have access to such unfiltered content like Jow Forums to such a degree. Same goes for the internet communities that radicalized Muslims in the west as well. Facebook was used in Myanmar to fuel a genocide. Trump even probably wouldn't get elected if it wasn't for the internet fueling and spreading his rhetoric.
I'm beginning to think that the average person shouldn't have access to internet aside from a few basic informational websites like wikipedia. They either get radicalized or use it for dumb shit while getting their time and habits monetized.
