Nigger the majority of UK ISPs have been blocking Jow Forums by default for years. I guess you can call them to get them to turn that off but then you'll probably be put on a watchlist or something, whereas it takes 5 seconds to bypass yourself.

Depends on the country. Possibly your ISP poisons your DNS requests and you need DNSCrypt. Possibly they're using DPI, and you can fuck with it with something like GoodbyeDPI.
Usually the easiest answer is VPN unless we're talking about China or some sort of very restricted environment where there's not too many people have access and it's pretty easy to track you down and rip you another asshole. Then you should try ShadowSocks.

The conversation really should be about how to fucking correct society so that there is not any internet censorship. Remember GoodbyeDPI doesn't really encrypt your requests, it just makes it a bit harder for automatic filters to process, so if we're talking New Zealand right now, they still can reliably tell you're visiting Jow Forums.
