What pdf viewer do you use?

What kind of crashes do you get with evince? It works just fine for me. Linux here.

Foxit on phone, foxit phantompdf on laptop, and adobe at work because I have no choice. I tried sumatra years ago and its ok, I just don't see any point in having a separate just viewer so I don't use it.

I want to be able to extract pages from a document into a new one, delete pages off of a document and save it, change the pages order and save it. Basic stuff for an editor.
Never found a good one for Linux.
