I once made a sort of turn based lunar lander on the sort of programmable scientific calculator where a program is a sequence of keystrokes. Basically you entered your thrust and angle and hit run each turn. Output was obviously numeric, not graphical.

That sounds like a terrible game.

It was, but it was about the best I could come up with to make on this programmable calculator. Tic tac toe would have been better but I think more memories would be needed.
