I'm really impressed by Brave. Secure and fast; definitely the best on the market these days if you care about privacy. try it out Jow Forums, you'll be glad you did.

fuck off Jow Forums monkey

Considering what it is and how fast it's been "ported" over as a Chromium-based version of Edge - mind you it has a long way to go to match what native Edge can do like ePub support which is really nice - it's remarkably stable, hasn't crash once in a week of use, has no issues, it fucking blazing fast (much faster in operation than Chrome is on this same machine).

It's impressive so far, I just hope as Microsoft continues development they don't bloat it the fuck up too bad.

I wanna love Pale Moon but Chropera is too comfy. Pop-out video made me get rid of my 2nd monitor.

For me, it's Brave™

whats the most comfy browser that can still do most things? im using firefox but it lags sometimes. linux

Attached: 030.jpg (1046x1514, 1.48M)

All browsers are shit today. Firefox doesn't play well with fractional scaling on Windows so I switched back to Chrome.

And Chrome is bloated and lags when watching videos so I sometimes switch back to Firefox.

Why is it so hard to make a good browser?

Firefox 52

your mom

Kaguya sama ??
Anime or manga on nyaa tab ??

Umm vivaldi have it too

Yep Kaguya sama, It's the anime.
I'm gonna pick up the manga once I finish it.

Try vivaldi
The customisation is awesome
And doesn't rape your RAM

You should have read the manga lol

Is it worth starting the manga from the beginning or should I just continue where the anime stopped ?

Yes, all Chromium browsers have it now, but it works much better in Opera, which has video controls in the popup window and stuff. I also prefer Opera for other reasons like lower RAM usage, good bookmarks management...too lazy to list more right now.

what do you think about opera?

And Basilisk browser?
basilisk-browser.org/

Opera is pretty good, a bit on the lower end when it comes to features and speed though. Good security stuff. I would recommend getting the dev version.

Waterfox lmao, I just like not having to mess with user.js

I see people meme Brave, besides it's good awful branding is there anything actually wrong with it?

the only acceptable option

Attached: Icecat.png (650x650, 177K)

Why do you guys like Vivaldi?

using firefox since IE6 was a thing
never needed another browser

I saw all the idiots jumping in the chrome bandwagon from the beginning

I'll be still using firefox when all these new meme browsers are long gone

firefox is the best

hijack ads and serves their own, screwing content creators
harvest info and sells it to 3rd parties, screwing users

only an idiot would use that shit, die in a fire

retarded americans talking about chinese botnet while they're getting buttfucked by their own government

ayyyy lmao

why is your mpv not showing on the task bar?
also what theme for ff?

It look good, highly customizable and with a lot of functionality.

Oh cool. Gonna look more into it. I currently use a Firefox fork but if I can get more out of this I'd swap. Thanks user

>Serves their own
Wait really? I know brave is janky but I didn't know this prior

The devs aren't as concerned about privacy as they claim to be. Personally I also dislike how they give even more market share to Blink.

Made this as a side project. Has all of the featues I need at this point - uBlock origin compatibility, GreaseMonkey 4 user scripts, etc etc

custom userChrome.css

Attached: Clipboard01.png (3840x2160, 3.51M)

Ah thanks for letting me know. Yeah it seems like besides quantum after edge starts using blink that'll be the default web engine. I'm curious to try something like Vivaldi to see if blink doesn't rape my ram anymore but I don't wanna give in.

Can it run umatrix?

Not yet. I maintain my own filter list on top of the UBO filters for that purpose, it's not as nice but gets the job done.

Fair enough, neat project

For me, its palemoon

For anyone using a blink browser, how do you like it compared to firefox (or a fork)

Posting this from cuckfox ESR60, but I use Chromium.

Chromium is much better imo. A lot faster, especially on heavy websites, like YouTube.

Attached: AeroShot.png (2009x1359, 342K)

Will Jow Forums X work for IceCat?

Interesting, I'll have to check some more benchmarks. I remember reading the RAM use was bad with chromium/blink but don't know if that's still the case

Yes, use violentmonkey for scripts

Thank you!

Firefox

Thank you for this!

nice

Looking good, do your tabs behave in fullscreen?

Attached: ff.png (852x751, 288K)

I tried this but it rekt my firefox and everything looks fucked up. I copied the whole “chrome” folder, too.

I’ve never used chrome.css etc, I’m on Firefox 66.0.2 for win10

im wanting to switch from firefox, literally my only basis for staying is that the ui with the url bar and bookmarks is literally smaller than the chrome url bar alone

is there some relatively simple way to change the chrome ui so its not so ugly and large?

dwm my nigga
which distro

What do you mean by behave? I've never had any trouble with fullscreen, no.

I get some inconsistent behavior moving tabs around and resizing the window. I've seen other people have similar problems with moving the tabs bar, but it's probably just the lazy CSS rotate not accounting for the changes. If yours doesn't break occasionally then at least I know it's possible to get it working right.

it's less resource intensive and it does a pretty similar job

>Notice tab icons
Good chans
