Sonys don't quite get down to 4", but some of their newer compacts have higher screen to body ratios.
I got an Xperia XZ2 Compact recently and in terms on dimensions it's pretty close to the iPhone SE, 11mm taller, 6mm wider, 4mm thicker but it has a curved back, but in exchange you get a much larger 5" 18:9 screen at a much higher resolution and better contrast ratios and brightness, and better battery life, along with the usual improvements.

Friend of mine works at Apple and hooked me up with a 64GB SE when it came out at the friends and family discount price. I had them replace the battery for $30 before that program ended last year.
