KDE Neon is extremely comfy to me, Deepin Desktop is the best environment but the distro is quite unstable nowadays.

autism aside, Debian/Arch are comfy if different reasons, depends if you want to tinker with your system a lot
and XFCE currently is the comfiest DE since it's very customisable and straight-forward
