Replace the two RCA with one, a PAL/NTSC switch, and another HDMI port. Replace the back USB ports with a serial port. Don't pretend you can't fit both a floppy drive an an optical drive on the left side, although you may have to get rid of one of the USB ports on that side. You also want vent holes in the back for better airflow for the radiator. Add a ground pin to the power socket. Also sell an external GPU dock that sits perfectly under this thing.
