I have a 2070. I'm good right?.

Based Nvidia.

>Turbine based 570 runs hotter than Asus custom cooled 1060 in my shitty 6 year old thinkstation case

Fuck off shill

cope

>Excuse me, is this a piece of your brain ?

Attached: Untitled.png (66x58, 643)

I have 2* 1080ti in my system. Unlike you, I don't need to cope with anything. Also, unlike you, I have a brain to realise the difference between a turbine cooler and an open air design.

Why is p/w only important when amd worse at ir? No one cared about it durung fermi era, but starting with maxwell it's all about muh power consumption.

>No one cared about it durung fermi era
Too young to remember the housefire and windtunnel memes?

power costs are going up. air conditioning costs are going up.

I'm talking about about reviews, sales and so on instead of couple of memes. And general discussion wasn't that much focused on power consumption. Right now every fucking thread about gpus will have half of the posts about power consumption.

>fhd
fuck off

now do the same for non gameworks games vs gameworks games

oh wait shills never do that

to be fair, the570 is under load while the 1060 is idle. How about you post both under load?

>Why is p/w only important when intel worse at ir? No one cared about it durung bulldozer era, but starting with ryzen it's all about muh power consumption.
Really makes you think.

changes FullHD to UltraHD
>also changes performance to power consumption to
>price to performance
lol

The 570 wasn't under load. That's just what it showed when Speccy starts up while it's identifying everything, it goes back to idle after a couple seconds.

>570 wasn't under load
>79C deg
>not under load
>it's just a specy bug :)
I have high doubts.
And don't use specy as it's a piece of shit. HWinfo64 is superior.

570 cant even run that hot to begin with

bitcoin is going up again, enjoy your inflated prices soon

>570 cant even run that hot to begin with
By your very own retard logic, the GTX 1080 can't exceed 19C
Are you honestly that fucking retarded?

>no 1080ti in that chart
wtf

Nvidia has less power draw because their architecture is inferior, it cant even do computing

It's been normalized.

That's delta T over ambient, retard. The 1060 you mentioned is water cooled. Learn to read, you fucking brainlet.

so the 570 doesn't reach 79deg if you just substract the ambient from it?
which in this case would be 32deg?
What's your point?

>I just captured the window the moment it appeared, but only once
sure thing, buddy

I
hope you just grabbed the wrong image

>Why is FPS only important when Amd worse at ir? No one cared about it during Ryzen era, but starting with 7700K it's all about muh benchmarks, much 480p.
Maybe you care more because you use CPU more than a GPU in a regular basis unless you are a /v/irgin

GTX 1660ti + Ryzen 2700X is the ultimate medium range build that's not a firehouse.

Wait for Zen2 and Navi.

> zen2
fair enough
> navi
nah

making a lot of assumptions out of literally nothing just to justify a stupid screenshot

1660Ti is based af

Only poorfags care about performance/watt in consumer GPUs

Attached: 15367547843430.jpg (210x187, 9K)

or people that want to hardware to last more than 1 year without burning.

>tfw running a palit gtx 970 jetstream nonstop @ 75 C for 4 or 5 years
yeah I should probably buy a proper vidya card, but I don't care much about gaymes and it didn't burn either
you are a bunch of insecure poorfags
cards burn due to heat cycling, not running hot

Attached: 15528433204040.png (600x397, 390K)

and constant 75C isn't even hot
heat cycling is what makes it burn, not absolute temperature if it's under Tj and you're not overvolting

Everyone knows stock Vega is underwhelming
Mines drawing 180-190w at 980mv while being faster than stock 64 @ 1630mhz core and 960 mem

It's good to have it, but it's certainly not a deciding factor.

>Right now every fucking thread about gpus will have half of the posts about power consumption.
because that's exactly what nvidia wants you to focus on. Agenda setting 101, talk about only the topics we want you to.

What about performance per dollar, mr. shecklestien?

navi will be better than rtx2060 for $300. and might have a "better than 1660ti for $250" version.

But my Vega 64 consumes
