ray tracing
Ray tracing
fuck off you dumb fucking nigger
Impressive, link to video/mod?
that isn't ray tracing the dude corrected his tweet, does look good though
...
ray tracing
i dont see anything new here. its like a dos game with modern graphics
>screen space shadows
>physically based specular highlights and light scattering
is this really enough to trick idiots into thinking this is raytraced? no wonder novideo has been tricking idiots into thinking this is somehow new and magical.
iirc Optifine supports GLSL now right? I could just use that yeah?
underappreciated post
b-but muh shiny, muh purfect reflecshiuns.
>not actually raytraced
>motion blur
literally the most based thing on this board right now
>is this really enough to trick idiots into thinking this is raytraced
Yes, because it unironically looks better than RTX games

Based af
fuck off jewvidia, you can do this shit in the doom engine without using ray tracing at all. Stop being such a retard that you thing modern dynamic lighting and global ilumination is ((((ray tracing)))))
fpbp
it's literal pathtracing you absolute retard.
>fpbp
That's not the fpbp you absolute fucking mongoloid
lurk moar
holy shit MS killing it lately
>fifth post best post
rekt
fifth post you retard
You're blind, it also runs under 60fps with an i9-9900k and a 1070 iirc
Yeah this is nothing new really, the guy who made this is the guy who made the old SEUS shaders and also made real time global illumination plugins for unity, hes been working on this version of SEUS well before RTX was even rumored, retards are just now finding it.
That's how shaders for Minecraft have always been made yes, it's also a great way to learn glsl and was my first actual project messing with it.
This isn't nvidia only
I love how you only know it's ray traced if you plaster the scene with unnaturally reflective surfaces.
gives me nostalgia
i wanna go play minecraft now
Go away and never come back, manchild.
this is what a retarded novidia cum guzzler post looks like
God bless you user
haha, imagine the taste

>That's how shaders for Minecraft have always been made yes, it's also a great way to learn glsl and was my first actual project messing with it.
I'm asking specifically about optifine. when I last played there was a dedicated mod for GLSL shaders
>give nvidia 2.5 grand to play minecraft
I don't get it pls explain
+1
It's a black man and blacks can't afford high end GPUs.
Even AMD have raytracing, what are you nimrods talking about?
curiously, it works without the magic RTX cores
Runs at 10 fps on my 660ti.
