How do you get motivation at all, is your real question.
You can't force yourself to do anything if you lack the enthusiasm to do anything at all to begin with.
You should typicaly set a goal you want to accomplish, such as replicate Twitter, or create a program to solve a problem you witness in your everyday life.
Try surface level websites like CodeCademy, or Checkio. They are a good introduction. The main way of learning though is through the programming languages main documentation and knowledge of any repositories that share building blocks/libraries for new projects.
