preferable it can play flacs.

Aimp on my phone and fb2k on desktop
Not sure if there is any reason few right me to use anything else, I hear Clementine is decent tho
Local files wise?
I used to use cmus and really loved it. Only problem I had with it was that it couldn't juggle multiple playlists, which is a problem for me.
I guess I could tinker with the cmus sauce and get it to do what I want but I also just do not care enough to go through the trouble.
I've started using deadbeef on linux and fb2k on windows. Phone wise, I just use Pulsar. It's close enough to the google play music interface that I like, without missing out on any important features.
Streaming wise?
My family has a spotify sub so I leech off it. I mostly listen to weeb shit though, so, I just grab off of animebytes if there's something I want to listen to.
Nice music user
>post what your music playing software is
its ncmpcpp + mpd + mpc for me
Try out buckethead, you might like him.

*flexes on you*
Audacious is pretty based
cmus, it werks and im lazy. Dont build playlists or anything, just listen to full albums or libary on shuffle
Linux - Clementine
Winblow - Winamp
MOC is all I need
Just use mpv?
The fucking FL studio Playlist cause thats all I am ever looking at on my PC
mpd+ncmpcppcppcppcpp
how can i have it like dis user
AIMP is still the best for me on both phone and pc
Is there any decent skins for Foobar?
lmfao
What kind of scripts do you use to make it viable, user?
I've thought about this as well, having a music player installed when you already have mpv anyway is retarded.
Especially if it has client/server architecture, I don't understand how mpd gets brought up so often in the context of software minimalism.
mpd on a raspberry pi, using cantata and mpdroid to control it
mpd+ncmpcpp is pretty neat.
xmms
It really whips the llama‘s ass.
Anyone else think this Spotify missed an opportunity by expanding their software to be a full fledged audio player?
cmus-remote -c new_playlist.m3u
Because for them it would be like selling AIDS medicine while selling the cure at the same time.

File -> Preferences -> Display -> Default User Interface -> Enable layout editing mode
Right click on parts of player you want to change and change them. Don't forget to disable editing mode once you're done.
unironically iTunes
mpv --shuffle
cmus. It's simple and just werkz.
Haven't looked into that two-program unpronouncable daemon+client, what would it realistically provide me over cmus?
How do you get twin panes?
Ctrl+L
cmus is GOAT
Not much honestly if you are coming from cmus, but it is nice to not have to keep a terminal open to play my tunes.
Nice! I've been using it for years, and read the help a few times, but never saw this. Thanks user.
>Cradle of Filth
You need to be 18 or older too post here
MusicBee
Better ease of use, and file editing options than foobar
>too
lmao what a fucken retard
lol yeah that fucking retard made an actual typo. Who makes typos? I'd rather talk to people who can't actually spell rather than make fucking typos.

Is there a way to sort albums on cmus by date?
