yeah but in terms of consumer stuff i would say we had a big trow back because the whole crypto mining thing, prices went unreasonable up by it and so production and innovation stagnated imo for a while

we went from expensive products with the ability to repair and replace yourself to trow away products. and i am thinking specially of RAM and GPU prices.
