Define "game". Most cs students already write a scroller or platformer or even 3d. They are super easy. (guess why "indie devs" do them)

But writing a big proper game like in OP, well that requires talent and a team.

I programmed minesweeper on a ti-84 (I think) in 10th grade because I was bored in class. Haven't made anything since, tho.
