Get an i5 9600K instead of the Ryzen 2700X if this is a pure gaming build or drop down to a 9400F and get a cheaper case so you can bump the GPU up to a 2070.

Also what the fuck is that cooler. If you're going to spend money on a cooler at least get something that's not stupid, and if you're price sensitive then just use the prisim cooler it comes with, its quite capable and has all the stupid RGB shit if you care.

You don't really need h7 though. Prism is good enough for ryzens. I would've advice you to get bdie ram instead of cooler, it'll help much more than additional 50mhz due to cooling.
