Get many. You won't have a search engine to help if you fuck something up, so have more than one. I recommend more stable distros like Ubuntu LTS. A main system, tons of docker/snap/appimages or whatever, VMs and install media. Backup drives. Get emulators for consoles, the older games are tiny so you can hold a lot. Also reading material.
