now i can't change any config like DNS or wifi password
i tried to use routersploit but found nothing

You probably don't need anything other than some PPPoE username and password which you should have. At least I have that on a sheet of paper they gave me when I got my fiber line. Same thing was the case with the old DSL line.
As for MAC bullshit ISPs with static or dynamic IPs your ISP can also give you the necessary details.

all you usually need is a username/password. if it's DSL then maybe you need some information about your line, but usually the defaults work if it is supplied (preconfigured, sans the username/password) by your ISP.
btw, look into OpenWRT
