Linux is slavery

1. Unix/linux has been around for much longer than any windows version, and probably runs most of the enterprise legacy code nowadays, atleast when it comes to servers.
2. i wouldn't be suprised if i could run a 30 year old Research Unix shell on my bleeding edge void linux laptop.
3. you are a slave of the code you wrote regardless of OS. Everything changes constantly. This includes libraries, bug fixes, GUI toolkits, security patches, so on and so forth. I personally wouldn't want to use a 18 year old piece of software that has an uncountable amount of vulnerabilites which weren't discovered at the time of it's writing.

Woah why is the pic a black guy, what are you implying OP?

>Windows 10 can flawlessly run software created in 2001 by some stupid winfag who may forgot about his own creation long time ago or may be already dead.

Lies: the post

he has a solid point, Ubuntu needs to see if they can get reverse compatibility going on. Start with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS since it's an LTS.

Get projects to port old software.

However corect me if I'm wrong MacFags have the same fucking problem on their properitary OS.

stallman never said this

DOS predates Linux by ten years or so
