New, it a legit 2 week battery life INCLUDING phone calls. Full size memory stick slot, 2Mpix camera with dedicated 2 stage shutter button, bluetooth, IR blaster, "web browser", full walkman/mp3 capabilites, removable battery etc. If you flashed the stock sony firmware it had custom themes too.
