I use python scripts to scrape all porn from rarbg and some from pornbb.org and xhamster it scrapes and creates collage of images which are then saved on my disk. I then use irfanview to very quickly but manually mark images I like. I need to manually process 2000+ images per day and usually less than 1% is acceptable for me. I then download exact videos based on images I marked

I usually don't save porn or fetish material. Most of the time I memorize the names of the relevant deviantartists and download only if something is very good AND it's in danger of being deleted (e.g clips4sale material ending up on pornhub). The few things I download I save them in a directory behind a chain of random folders, even though no one else has physical access to my computer.

My phone and Google already snoops all the porn on everyone's devices anyway whether it's windows, linux, macos or Android/iOS
