Samshit Shill Defence Force in full effect.
Just sad how shit the shilling is.

They actually need to shelf the release and redesign this shit. Early adopter tax is usually shit but this is effectively a non-usable device entirely.

another phone that died...

Attached: 1540038516943.webm (1280x720, 1.59M)

why do they have the same page open?

Fucking hiroshimoot. Tha'ts not the pic I posted.

Because it's the same phone.

NIGGER, he didn't remove it.

As a flip phone user who's never had a smart phone. I would love to see this sort of thing actually evolve to "doesn't suck" status. Or am I the only flip phone user kinda interested in this idea?

>same
they're all dying

Attached: 1537047131144.jpg (1217x1442, 243K)

>Or am I the only flip phone user kinda interested in this idea?
yes, gramps.

Yes the review phones are all dying after literally a day of use, but the webms posted are one in the same phone on the same table.

Attached: 1524070376318.jpg (1536x2048, 235K)

hinge seems to be another weak point... it breaks off and punctures the screen.

Attached: 1526096924453.jpg (1536x2048, 461K)

I'm not a gramps I'm poorfag there's a difference.

Don't forget the screen itself is such shit cheap plastic that lightly tapping it with your finger and your finger nail hits the screen (which it does in normal every day use) it leaves a seemingly permanent dent in the screen.
For proof see twitter.com/markgurman/status/1118574748538028032

>The moving part in between two touch-sensitive screens is what breaks it
No shit.
At least Huawei and other gooks approach avoids that, though now you just have to hope your phone never ever contacts anything abrasive ever.

Is Huihai foldafone doing better?

...

You will have to keep this phone in a purse and dust it with a duster every day because if some dust gets under your screen, shit like this will happen. The phone cannot be sealed because of the hinge.

twitter.com/robotodd/status/1118574478009626624

the issue is hinge. it broke off. has nothign to do with screen protector.

The issue is you're a fucking retard. KILL. YOUR. SELF.

>notices bulge

>foldable phone
literally and unironically for what purpose?

To flex on your friends

I'm guessing stress tests aren't a thing for these phones?

Attached: 1435267030446.jpg (267x323, 7K)

I imagine to rely further on one device instead of having a phone and a tablet. Mainly it's just to diversify the market with premium options so dipshits will upgrade their 6 month old $1200 smartphone with a $2000 one.

You missed the big black line in the middle of the fold where the LCD broke.

I think folding phones are retarded, but this looks like another case of crowbcat syndrome where you find every single video and photo of the device malfunctioning to amplify it against the thousands of phones that are fine.

A material analysis was probably done and concluded that it *should* last for thousands of foldings and either Samsung didn't test enough to see if practical implementations matched theory or Samsung did test with pre-mass production devices and it just so happened something fucked up in mass production causing the screens to fail

Doesn't anyone else find it suspicious why samsung would send every paid reviewer 5 review samples?
It's almost as if they knew none of them would last longer than a day.

Attached: lmaoo.png (883x913, 798K)

This is why folding phones are a terrible idea, they can be easily get broken either by circumstances or idiots.

>dat massive butthurt of a Samshill
kek'd. would kek again.

>normies keep their phones turned on 24/7, not even turning it off when charging
>WHOA WTF WHY MY PHONE EXPLODE
I kind of wish more would blow up.

makes sense that you'd turn your phone off. its not like anyone would call/text a friendless loser like you lmao

What did people expect? We lived through years of plastic covered resistive touch screens and this ALWAYS happened eventually.

It's like a trip back to 2002.

Fuck off retard.

Attached: 1529152503782.png (1192x650, 719K)

You're right. Also, these phones have no glass on top so they're gonna get scratched super-easy.

What a shitshow.

Nigger, the hinge area is open so the screen can fold.

Attached: 1541923364528.jpg (1240x335, 48K)

well. at least it folds r-right?

>must throw my $1000 phone in the garbage i got a year ago and buy dumb shitty foldable phone for $2000
why do bugmen do this?

Im all for this phone but youre a moron, as soon as the phone is opened at all the large screen is supposed to stay on

So far as i've seen all but one of these was because they removed or tried to remove the screen protector. Apparently the retail models actually have a warning label for this but the review units didnt come with it. There was one phone that the reviewer did not do that and either something got under the screen or something in the phone broke and punctured the screen.

Looks like user doesn't need an exploding phone to still get burned.

no, two failed because of the hinge. CNBC and The Verge models failed because the hinge broke. Bloomberg and Technigger removed the protector.

i don't care about bigger screen real estate. what i want is an actual decent tactile feedback control system that lets me know the orientation of my inputs in some way beyond visual. touching a screen to move shit around is infuriating. at least integrate motion gestures in a smart watch to give them more utility. why are companies retarded?

I wish we could have a smartphone with feedback more sensitive than the switches joy-cons. It would be very satisfying

Why didn't they just use two screens instead of one big foldable one?

But you close the phone to put away dingus

i honestly would have liked having some sort rebirth of the sony vaio UX's control sticks that are to the side of it flush with the camera's look so that its' not in the way but still available for games and navigation. it wouldn't have to look clunky but at least it will let you avoid touching the screen all the time.

Attached: ux_thumb5_thumb1[1].jpg (500x331, 28K)

your fingers can easily scratch plastic. and the screen is soft and doesn't have a solid backing.

Fuck off retard.

Attached: 1553875842610.png (1192x650, 719K)

how is that pic relevant, shill? and why do you keep reposting the same pic to all these threads? are you getting paid to shill?

This guy's definitely getting dropped from the next Samsung review unit mailing list

>cringe
Yikes

>ever being an early adopter
When will they learn?

>buying samshit phones

This is software patchable; nothing serious.

Release is in 7 days time, sure they'll have it all fixed by then and these'll fly off the shelves.

And pigs can fly lol

> He doesn't dust his phonesie every evening

Well, SOMEONE is a Messy Bessy.

the phone lacks glass.

>0.1% of phones are breaking, mostly because of a production error or buyer stupidity
>HURR DURR all of the phones are bad! Don't buy!
Fucking reatards. I bet none of you can find 10 more people with a broken phone instead of focusing on 3 minute cases like you're all geniuses thinking you're smarter than the people who can actually afford it. I'm serious, find 10 more cases of these phones breaking. You can't because, like any other product, a very tiny amount of stock will break. It's not difficult to understand, or at least admit.

Attached: 02a111.jpg (512x502, 67K)

And people say shills don't post on Jow Forums

now that's a big yikes
inb4 Huawei pulls this off better than Samshit

Have they tried sending them to anyone other than mouth breathing, knuckle dragging, retard americans?

>Do not remove this
>HURRRRR I REMOVED IT

Everyone knew it was a possibility when they heard of the concept. Now tech thots are getting to experience this first hand and obviously it is a big deal.
I won't know if it would happen to me too, but I am the kind of person who breaks the phone screen when it is my pocket, so obviously it would happen to me.

I don't care, it is the best form factor. It is the phone I've been waiting for.
Not that i'm going early adopter craze, but the future is bright if this takes off.
Tubular roller display phones are the only better form factor.
Mate X also looks interesting.

>people points out that the guy fucked it
>anti samsung shill keeps vomiting stuff
>people STILL are pointing out that he was wrong
>no its samsung fault!

Literally only in reviewers hands so far, there's 5 or so prominent reviewers with busted handsets already all with different issues after one day.

That really doesn't sit we'll for when the masses get their hands on these.

looks like a jew with downs

why the fuck wouldn't they put two 4.000mAh batteries in both sides?
350-400 grams is nothing.

Attached: nippon plastic folded 200000 times.png (724x699, 401K)

Only reviewers got it, and there seven confirmed failures within 2 days. It's catastrophic failure rate.
