Stupidity of the people making it. Mobile/touch design is great on mobile but horrible on desktop. Efficiency went with always on botnet, no testing, metrics built in everything and constantly running. Stupid sayings like "programmer time is more valuable that machine time" which is used as justification for everything they ever written being shit, the saying is also completely incorrect too. Basically programmers are spineless yes "men" with no morals. Its only going to get worse.
