PsychoFont-5x6. It's a font I designed in QBASIC.

Bitmap fonts only exist because people had fewer pixels back in the day. No reason to use them in 2019.

I unironically like FixedSys on Windows

What about cool ass subpixel fonts? The smallest you can get?

In all honesty though, my favorite is the default font used in MS-DOS. I don't know why, it just looks so awesome. A close second would be the default font used in Slackware Linux.

he just stole the font from dos

It's hard to search for but there's a font named clear that is really nice, it might possibly be the default xterm font but not sure

Top notch typeface, sure.

I like tewi but it's kinda small for most screens. I'm using kakwafont right now, it's not as good as tewi but it's pretty good and doesn't strain my eyes.

just people trying to look leet for not using ttf

I like using small fonts to save screen space and bitmap fonts look sharp in smaller sizes.

I like tamsyn personally.

Have been using tamzen for a while and liked it so far.

I've tried many different bitmap fonts. I keep coming back to FixedSys. Why is it so perfect?

Also, whats a good, fairly complete pixel icon fontset? Currently using siji, but it doesn't have everything i want
