MPVᵇᵒᵗNET

mpc hc for me. the rest are shit.

lol, not even madvr, xysubfilter, reclock or whatever else you need to make it comparable to mpv?

Check the code if u are paranoid then. Unless u have good evidence of such, u are just spouting nonsense.

BLOAT

>editing text files to make it work properly
Literally caveman tier and a meme.

mpvnet is literally mpv

Attached: mpv-win.png (2560x1440, 1.62M)

mpvnet has both the option to edit text files or using a front-end to configure it to your liking.

>front-end
Didn't see that in the ootb experience. Sounds like I might as well just use some other player that doesn't make me resort to addons for a decent user experience.

Mpvnet already has that decent user experience out of the box. Addons are just optional.

it's not an addon it's a stand alone player
>make me resort to addons for a decent user experience.
kind of like how you have to download 3 different addons to make MPC-HC not shit?

Don't really see a reason to use this bloatware over vanilla mpv.

at least stax does not discard the option of releasing a portable mpvnet.

Kawaii codec pack is patrician tier

Im already using MPC+KCP, is there any good reason to switch to MPV?

>a fucking stupid .net shitware hack of glorious mpv
Fuck's sake, children. If you want a clicky-GUI frontend for mpv, use smplayer (yes, it can use mpv not mplayer).

smplayers implementation of mpv is more of a hack ironically
couldn't use scripts last I tried

>Install MPVnet
>Plays Anime right out of the box
>Looks better than MPC by default
>KCP has not been updated in years
>MPV has optional addons that make it even better

>>Looks better than MPC by default
It does without gpu-hq? Or does mpvnet use that automatically?

Yes. It looks better. No, but mpvnet includes a settings UI where u can enable or change most stuff.

shinchiro is bae

New build when?

Keep bumping the thread dear ;)

Why aren't there any good forks for Android?
This piece of shit is complete trash and bullshit with no fucking options nor customization, way too simple and minimal. Get something right for once, mpv niggers.

Attached: Screenshot_20190422-183826.png (1440x2560, 1.12M)

Does mvpnet sync regularly with upstream?
As in, do they pull changes?

Also, any examples of how to use if from c#?

>What is it with wincucks and not running portable software?
they think everything needs to be installed.

>way too simple and minimal
that's how we like it, nigger.

Staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaax! Portable mpvnet when?

Attached: _20190423_061949.jpg (720x698, 100K)

Not that I know of. Here is an example of a C# script for mpvnet.

github.com/stax76/mpv.net/wiki/Scripting

> windows

>download the latest build
>windows blocks the installation

>oh no, he does not know how to disable Windows 10 SmartScreen filtering.

The OS of choice for people that actually do work.

How do you play videos without a UI?

Gimme your config so I can lazily copy it.

Also, how can I use both space bar and left mouse click to play/pause video?

You could disable or change mpv's default keybindings by making a file called input.conf

Here is an example:
github.com/mpv-player/mpv/blob/master/etc/input.conf

Alternatively, you can download mpvnet which already has what you are asking for out-of-the-box.

mpvnet 3.1 has been released. Here is the changelog:

>mpvnet supports now like mpv a portable settings directory.

>there is now a portable download in 7zip format.
