Had trouble waking up my desktop, and it had trouble dealing with 1 monitors, one of which being 144hz. I had a much better experience on Manjaro KDE and Kubuntu.

Nothing objectively better for someone who knows their way around a typical Linux system. The out of the box experience is easier for a Windows user swapping over for the first time.

i'm actually using ubuntu 19.04 with gnome.
just testing it out. i've used ubuntu, debian, devuan, pop os and mint. mint is the most stable for me and most responsive. looks nice without hogging ram. Generally sits at 630mb ram. Ubuntu uses about 1.2gb. Mint feels snappier and i don't feel any lag while scrolling web pages
