Eh
it says 1ms dumb pajeet
Currently not available so no one tested it. They are upcoming
Response time != input lag, dummy
>he fell for the cheap IPS meme
I'll be waiting for the new wave of "why did you tell me to buy IPS, this thing has tons of backlight bleed and looks worse than my decade old TN panel" threads a month after these are released.
>85% NTSC
>250 nits
It's shit, may as well get a TN.
G-sync is much better than freesync why do they keep making this half baked garbage
Just get a good Freesync. There is no point to G-sync now that you can use Freesync with Nvidia.
G-sync is dead.
No it isn't, you fucking retard. That's been conclusively proven by Nvidia cards now supporting it and there being literally no difference to G-Sync. Dumbfuck consumers like you are why companies can sell proprietary trash for such a premium.
I tried Freesync 2 with a vega64 and samsung chg70, and it was noticeably choppier compared to a titan and pg279q even though the samsung has a much better response time.
>he fell
I own Del P2414H for 5+ years already
I will never get a TN because it is low-bottom of displays
And VA will always have that black crush
There is literally nothing better than IPS despite disadvantages and it looks like OLED meme died again in 2019
Absolutely. I have a good IPS screen too, and it's great. My beef is with people who buy the cheapest IPS on the market and then bitch when it looks worse than a midrange TN.
Nah.
Even the cheapest chink IPS looks better than any super-high-tier elite TN
You have to be a blind brain-dead retard autist do think and see otherwise. There is absolutely ZERO (0, NULL) redeeming qualities about TN that can justify shit image quality. Even negative to infinity response time and input lag cant justify it.
>VA will always have that black crush
Only cheap VA has it
You either baiting hard or have zero understanding how VA tech works.
if first then fuck off, if second - go and read up on it. TFTCentral has an easy-of-access article even for braindeads like you
Nah, I've seen cheapass IPS panels. The color is vibrant and blows away TN, sure, but watch any dark scene and "black" is more of a medium gray. I even have a laptop IPS panel where if I view text and then a medium-dark low-contrast image, I can see a ghost of the text in it for a few minutes. That one also has some pretty bad motion blur.
>1080p
>85% ntsc
>250 NITS
Poorfags actually excited for this literal garbage.
beggars cant be
>color gamut
>85% NTSC
I can't say I have ever seen a monitor using NTSC coverage when advertising the color gamut before.
This can't be a good sign.
Huh? it is a norm. Current display I use has about 72% NTSC coverage. Also IPS
Innolux panels, yes?
Acer started using their panels in their 27" 1440p IPS models. Not as accurate out of the box, and a bit slower, compared to the old AUO ones but whatever.
Would explain the cheap pricetag and 250nits
>complaining about 85% NTSC, on a gamer monitor
nigga what?
>Thinking that all VA panels are MVA and calling others braindead
nice!
80% of NTSC colors are some shades of green that you can't differentiate anyway.
What's wrong with 250nits?
What would be more acceptable?
It does not matter what type of VA - issue persist, it just differentiates. Also, how many PVA or other VA-variancees have you seen lately? Most of them are MVA or MVA-based.
Also, ALL *VA have the issues of "crystalized fonts" - this is another never solved disadvantage of the tech
Yes it does, see that TFTCentral article that you recommended. Personally I own a Lenovo S-PVA one and don't have contrast issues, but I've seen crushed blacks on some really cheap new VA panels.
I'm not sure what you mean by that, are you referring to broken subpixel rendering?
>Huh? it is a norm.
There's got to be a reason why they picked a color gamut no one else bothers to. I don't care if it's actually a little wider than AdobeRGB.
DCI-P3 is the only master race
No, a lot of font issues come from the coating, at least it was like that back then when it was very hard coating. Nowadays there are all kinds,m half-glossy and shit. However, they solve the issue only for IPS/TN types of panel.
*VA traditionally had a weird issue with font looking "crystallized" regardless of coating. I dont think it ever was solved - every time I go to forums to check new models and if there is any *VA tech people always ask about how bad the effect is.
I have no idea what do you mean. I've been seeing often NTSC color gamut in specs in past 2 years.
As I said, I have no idea what you're talking about. My fonts look fine
Yeah you probably just do not notice it, half of the people never do. Happy bastard
>27 inch 1080p
You mean this? My display is only 1920x1200 22" so I don't really see the individual pixels
Yeah
>22"
Jesus Christ man. I never go for anything beyond 24 because it just too big for me and tiresome to roll eyes around but I 22" is really a kill
Gamut extension past SRGB is a thing on a lot of models by now, ever since Samsung wanted to make their CFG70 series VA panels seem more vibrant to compete with IPS.
85% NTSC sounds like a lot though. Samsung didn't extend the gamut quite that much, and they made sure to include a nice SRGB emulation mode, so you can choose not to have your colors overblown.
I very much doubt AOC will include a proper one on cheap models like this - I like their hardware, but their OSD and related features can be some of the most baffling dogshit compared to their competitors.

What the fuck since when did anime, leaching off their parents for support become so brain dead? Anime was a mistake and melts your brain like OP. I bet OP really never gets laid or touch a girl. So he copes with technology. Such a shame for 90% of this website

Found the new fag
You dumb retard, not everyone can allow themselves a 1000+$ elite display, faggot.
Since you are braindead retard I will enlighten what you failed to read - the talk is about cheap-ass- budget display that is affordable for poorfags.
I'm going to get one. Stay mad haters
