AFAIK there's only 1 ≥120Hz 4K monitor, and it's ~$1000, TN and only 28".
Plus there's no GPU out there that can run 4K120 yet.

Because they're useless fucking shit. There's barely any media in 4k, streaming 4k is bandwidth rape, what exists in 4k doesn't really benefit any from it, and using a fucking computer on a 4k monitor means you have to scale up your damn desktop anyway which completely fucking negates it anyway.

4K SDR content for which you can actually play on most PCs is quite rare
4k HDR streaming is possible on PC but only if you have a HDR monitor, Windows 10, specific Intel CPUs with an iGPU and the planets have to align
Hell it's just easier to access 4k on a smart TV than it is on a PC

If you have a smart TV is basically just download the app, sign in and there is all of your 4k content
If you don't want to use a smart TV it's the same process with a Nvidia shield, roku, or some amazon shit
or you can just go full boomer with a 4k blu-ray player
Literally every option for 4k outside of the PC is easier than trying to use a PC

When did that monitor come out and how much did it cost?
I bought a 144hz IPS ultrawide in early 2017 and the best I could find that was 144hz was only 1080p, no 1440 or 1600p UWs yet.
