Webm/GIF you cannot make a frame that is infinite seconds long (so that the following frames never show when you view it normally)

Yeah, you can do gmasking and shit with the pixel data (you'll get banned though) but cannot use quirks in the format specification to hide stuff inside there without anybody noticing

the reason why is that most apng is an archaic format and is not properly handled by most applications. to be fair that is probably why you are trying to use it so i dont know why you ask but overall get shit on.

You can make it last long enough so that no one bothers to watch it change.
