poorer than poorfags btfo

POORSHITTERS BTFO

I had a 250GB drive 16 years ago in 2003. Fuck poorfag.

>90s
640 kB ought to be enough for anybody
>2020
32GB required just to run an update
>2030
???

>just to run an update
you're misunderstanding it.
the total size of the system files will be 32 GB after the update.

How does one update double space requirement for the whole OS? Any Pajeet willing to explain?

thats a lot of telemetry

My windows installation is taking up 41GB on my 120GB SSD and I honestly can't use it for anything anymore because it's so full up

...

I play games on mine and I still have 40GB of space left. What do you do senpai

its like visual studio. 6 gigs for notepad+... and some spyware... a lot of spyware... its mostly spyware

butthurt disklets itt

major pita for all those 32GB tablet/laptops they piled out a while back

wtf my windows folder is 3.11 GB

Delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.

Run disk cleanup.
Clean up system files too.

>32gb update
Why won't they just release this as new system?

You push into upstream code with debbuger symbols / o0 optimalisation. This can easily make the code 5 times bigger in certain situations.

This. Don't forget to save some for ads in your calculator

It's the minimum requirement, but it doens't actually means it'll use up all the space, dumbass.

>minimum
>doesn't actually use all the space
what are words, anyway?

>reading compheresion

How the fuck do they fill up 32gb with an operating system ? Literally insane.

But it`s ok because you can prevent windows from updating now.

If it used all the space then they wouldn't recommend it you mongoloid. Te OS would not work at 0% diskapce.

Ubuntu requires 25GB, does it use it all up?

Thanks Pajeet.

>32 GIGS??? How will I ever be able to afford that?!?

Get a larger harddrive. 41 gigs is less then many games. Mine's about 480 gigs (the data partition that is) and I don't think I've ever run out of space.

or 20gb for 64-bit

apparently

Based on its quality and how it looks I'm guessing a few kilobytes is all it really needs, then the hourly updates full of crap and proprietary stuff you need to prevent you from not killing yourself when trying to get shit done will slowly fill it up.

Do you actually believe any code monkey would even know what debbuger symbols or even what compiler flags are?

200TB antimalware update

>go to extensive lengths to force updates on win 10
>break the loop themselves simply because you have an external hard drive plugged in

Gates never said that. Only dumb Penguin fanbois pushed the lie.

because nobody would install it

No, it won't. But I don't expect you to able to figure that out on your own anyways.

>Gates never said that. Only dumb Penguin fanbois pushed the lie.
Uh, I know plenty of Windows users from the old-school, that repeat this shit every time Windows gets brought up. They're typically famous for quoting the prices for their piddly hdd's and RAM sticks at the time, too.

Every binary eventually full of botnet. Even if you can mitigate reporting you still have all that extra code running constantly in everything.

oh shit for a second i read that as 32gb of ram

for you

At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice a computer or sacrifice this operating system.

meanwhile xubuntu uses 3

retina macbook pro doesn't have this problem

Every major update (1803 to 1809 to 1903 and earlier) has internally been a new system upgrade, with Windows.old directory and all that shit, just like upgrading from 7 to 8 for example.

literally cannot even into reading comprehension
it says windows installs will require 32gb of space not 32 gb of free space in addition to windows

This is a fuck you to all the shitty ultra cheap laptops that have 16gb EMMC and windows pre installed so literally 4gb temp files from chrome means you cant do shit

HEY HEY 16K

pic related is your fix

Depending on which level of updates you're updating from, the may windows10 update may require users unplug usb or sd card storage, or the update will fail and need to be restarted.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

>homophobics btfo

Already got a fix for a keyboard?

Why update at all? When new version of LTSC is out, you just make a clean install.

same as arch, but "next->next->next->done"

Kek
Yeah this is just a shit bait thread

My Windows 10 LTSC does not have this problem.

Why fix it if you can just work around it?
