How do you post here?

Currently using Vivaldi but I am looking forward to use Otter Browser.

What this site says about Otter is true nowadays?

Do you recommend me to change to another browser?

GAB BRAVE FORK WHEN

LMAO, Midori will never be usable because it always crashes in the first few minutes of use regardless of OS/storage medium/CPU/GPU. I've been trying out midori every year or so and its always crashed out for me.

In a recent periscope stream they announced a beta version within the next few weeks, perhaps even sooner.

I'm using the latest version (version 8) and haven't experienced any crashes desu. Although, I did experience crashes with older versions.

based kakeguri poster

The most recent versions are much more stable. Give it another try.

Firefox 28

Just tried it. Guess what? It crashed LMAO. Not only has Midori gotten slower it seems like, lots of lag when getting to preferences/resizing lag, there's also the shitty font engine issue. I just tried to change the font and it crashed out on me as a result.

This is like the 8th straight time in a row and I try these tests every few months/year and try again and again when people claim "oh its fixed with this release"

I actually use Windows and firefox because I'm a beta-normie, but I absolutely love the suckless philosophy. It's similar to how I am a ruthless meat-eater but I love the vegan philosophy because it essentially boils down to "do as little harm as you possibly can". Am I admitting to being weak of will? Yup.

take baby steps. Install debian net iso

Years ago I daily'd arch linux and paid more attention to my software freedoms. I don't remember the exact point, but I just gave up and switched back to convenience mode. If I were to return to daily a libre operating system, I'd investigate openbsd and gentoo.

Mind is confusion. Thoughts and thoughts - thousands of thoughts clamoring, clashing, fighting with each other, fighting for your attention. Thousands of thoughts pulling you into thousands of directions. It is a miracle how you go on keeping yourself together. Somehow you manage this togetherness - it is only somehow, it is only a facade. Deep behind it there is a clamoring crowd, a civil war, a continuous civil war. Thoughts fighting with each other, thoughts wanting you to fulfill them. It is a great confusion, what you call your mind.

Just go back to gnu/linux. Install dwm

Thanks for not being like the other people on this board, user. I might try someday, when I have more hardware ($$$) to play with.......

Why the fuck did Gnome decide to rename all the programs to "GNOME [generic name]"? What was wrong with "Epiphany"?

This, but unironically.

>Mind is confusion.
NSA has a mainframe named CONFUSE

>he wants his browser spying on him (while proclaiming their cred for "privacy") so the browser devs can collect gibs from advertisers.

I use different browsers daily

epiphany/gnome web, repo package > everyday browser

basilisk with the bullshit removed, binary > when i need something that requires firefox

Falkon appimage > i like using it from time to time because it's gud

Tor browser, binary > mostly use to get books on the glorious imperial library

Ungoogled chromium, appimage > just for testing stuff that needs blink's bullshit

GNU icecat binary > Jow Forums browser, i remove the css and use my own

w3m > chad terminal browser

Use qtchan. It skips Hiro's propietary scripts and just uses the API, for maximum privacy while shitposting. Besides, it's less bloated.
github.com/siavash119/qtchan/

>arch linux
>software freedoms
It has propietary software in it. Gentoo and OpenBSD too.
Use Parabola/Hyperbola, it's a fully libre fork of Arch.

Also, you can tweak gentoo's make.conf to filter out non free software

I'm a level 9 tab addict and I use 3 browsers to help organize my hundreds of tabs. Firefox, chrome, and opera. And when I get really desperate, IE.

tabsoutliner.userecho.com/

Same user here. I tried parabola once but their wiki and build system is so shit that I can't take it as a serious distro. gentoo is there, systemd-less, and it wurks.

I don't use a Web browser, I have an app on my phone for each site I visit
8 have an app for Jow Forums, reddit, imgur,hn,cnn, bbc,YouTube, pornhub...
everything has an app, why would anyone want a browser 8n 2019? you guys are loosers

Looks like its gonna be Midori for my Toughbook cf30 running gentoo, as it wouldn't compile chromium or FF.

The chart is accurate but outdated. Needs Brave added to scam tier.
