Does it support libtorrent 1.2 yet? Or should I build against 1.1?

>retrieving metadata
>stalled
>i/o error

Yeah I love when updates make things worse
I'm getting stalled on literally everything since I "updated"

Did they fix disk thrashing?

No

Is there a way to enable LAN peer sharing on torrent without adding new tracker in the tracker list by the hand like this: 127.0.0.1/announce ?

PEX

Peer exchange is enabled, but client doesn't see the local seed until I manually add its local ip in tracker list.

why the fuck mutorrent stalls, while qbittorrent doesn't

so is this infected or not?

i remember last year or so they did an """"mistake""" and there was a infected version on fosshub

What is this meme? It literally never happened for me

>q"no seeding"torrent

Basically if noone is seeding then it won't say downloading but "stalled". If you are a turbo autist, you will think something is broken and make retarded posts bashing the client for indicating why you're not downloading.

Lads???

i'm pretty sure it just says "downloading" but colored in black
but then again i'm not running it in english

3.3.16 reporting in...
is >4.0 still unstable and buggy as hell?

works on my machine!

It still cannot add/edit rss feeds from web ui.
DISAPPOINTED.

>destroys your HDD
I'll stick with 2.2.1 thanks

There's a custom web ui for that

works on my machine!

BiglyBT is very good. it is written in Java, but it is still good.

>BUGFIX
Get back to me when it has no more bugs, like uTorrent 2.2.1.

real talk:
the main issue with qbit isnt the stalled meme; its the fact that every fucking update breaks my plugins and configuration (e.g. additional search plugins and rss feeds)
qbit 3.x never gave me these issues

i wouldnt trust them. theyre the vuze guys, right?

I've been using it for years, it's never destroyed a HDD of mine

>torrenting on your own machine

1Mbit connection?

I've been using that for a while but it has no option to add new "RSS feed". You can only mange "RSS rules" through it.

Oh alright, I've been wanting to use qBittorrent as my NAS torrent thingy but yeah, the webui doesn't do all the cool stuff I love qb for

Same. A capable webui is the only thing that is preventing me from using qb-nox and an actual server os on my home server.

Still no 32bit build of 4.1.6 for linux.

that's right, but good news! it's open source this time.

>JAVA
No thanks.

I actually did have a 2mbit connection for ages, got 50mbit now

Why does it now take forever to load on windows when it only took like 3 seconds before?

>still using *torrent
>not joining the transmission master race

off your pills again sledgehammer?

I am on a 4mbit connection but my isp gives as much as pic related for bittorrent.

>32 bit
>it s literally current year

b-but user my home server is a acer aspire 1640z.

Still don't get what is wrong with ktorrent

What is this thing about destroying HDD's?
I know the stalled meme is not a meme at all. Every time I use qBittorrent, sooner or later, a torrent gets stalled on it, even tho it would download normally on other client.
But well, the UI is pretty good and it is accepted on most trackers, so here I am using qBittorrent again.
There's nothing wrong with Ktorrent. When I used it, it was pretty good, did what it had to do, with a good UI and good set of features.
On KDE it's a pretty good choice.

how can your ISP give you 20x more than you pay for? are they retarded?

they do it only for bittorrent. I get 4mbit for everything else.

There's probably a local retracker for local isp network

I do not see anything like retracker.local/announce in my client but you're probably right.
