My hostnames are names of girls I've fucked

I use one hostname on everything

Tolkien characters, currently Valar only. Aule, Melkor, Manwe, Osse, and Ulmo.

I also do this.
I guess, but I do not like ambiguity. Especially if you are 3 ssh sessions deep and keep trying to remember if "Lina" stood for flat or powerful.

My main laptop is named Pluto and the other one is named Charon. Pluto is my sign ruler so that's why.

Not the way I do it, but my old university uses the names of Scottish islands, which I think is pretty cool

I uses name of flowers (lavender, sunflower...). I'm not even really interested in flowers but I find it easy to associate a flower to a specific computer. I also use a lockscreen matching the flower.
